Terms & Condition of camping

Wahyum Festival 2025 – Camping Rules & Regulations To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and eco-friendly camping experience for all, we kindly request all campers to follow the below regulations: 1. Registration & Check-In All campers must register online or on-site before entering the camping area. A valid government ID and the camping pass are mandatory during check-in. Wristbands issued at check-in must be worn throughout the festival. 2. Camp Setup Campsites will be allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis. Tents must be set up only in the designated camping zones. Each campsite is meant for a specific number of occupants (as per pass). Overcrowding is prohibited. 3. Silent Hours 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM are designated Silent Hours in the camping area. No loud music, loud conversations, or disruptive behavior is permitted during this period. Please respect your fellow campers’ rest time to ensure a peaceful experience for all. 4. Safety Open fires are strictly prohibited except in designated bonfire zones. Personal stoves or cooking devices are not allowed without prior permission from festival authorities. No fireworks, weapons, or hazardous materials are permitted. Medical and security teams will be available on-site 24/7. 5. Conduct Respect your fellow campers—no activities that may disturb others. Illegal substances and alcohol from outside are not permitted. Behaviors causing disturbance, harassment, or damage will lead to expulsion from the festival without refund. 6. Environmental Responsibility Maintain cleanliness: use the bins provided for litter and segregate waste. Avoid using plastic single-use items where possible. Do not harm or disturb flora and fauna. 7. Food & Beverages Food stalls and beverage counters will be available within the main festival and camping zones. Special indigenous meals and beverages will be served—a treat for your adventure. 8. Emergency Procedure In case of emergencies, follow instructions from festival volunteers or staff. Lost and found items must be reported or submitted at the help desk. 9. Prohibited Items External speakers, glass bottles, drugs, explosives, and sharp objects. Unauthorized vending or commercial activity within the camping site. 10. Pets Pets are not allowed in the camping area for safety and hygiene reasons. 11. Liability Wahyum Festival organizers are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal property. Participation in camping activities implies acceptance of personal responsibility for one's safety.
