FAQs: When do tickets go live? Tickets go on-sales on 01st September, 2025, 7:00PM Onwards Is there a ticket limit? Early bird & Phase I - 1 tickets per transaction. How does the pre-sale (Early Bird) work? The pre-sale is open to all registered users from 01st September, 2025, 7:00PM (Limited tickets) Will the tickets be available for sale on any other platform? No, the official tickets will only be available for sale on www.mayflos.in, we strongly recommend you to not purchase them via any third party to avoid the possibility of counterfeit tickets. Is there an age limit? 12 years is the age limit for attending the concert. Will there be F&B available at the venue? Yes, food and beverages will both be available for purchase at the venue, outside food and beverages will not be permitted. Is the venue indoor or outdoor? The venue is an outdoor space Is this is a seated event? No, this is not a seated event; tickets on ground will be standing. Will there be any breaks in the show? No there is no break or intermission to this show. Is there a ticket which allows me to buy a meet and greet with the artist? Unfortunately, no, there is no meet & greets with the artist available. Are children allowed for the show? The age limit for this show is ages 12 and above, however children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Do you accommodate people will special needs? Yes we do accommodate people with special needs, please reach out to our customer care number to avail this service. Is there parking available at the venue? There is parking space at the venue. Is photography permitted during the show? Professional cameras (detachable lens) and video cameras are strictly prohibited through the show; however phone cameras will be permitted. How will I get my tickets? For EARLY BIRD and other special tickets, it will be delivered at your doorstep. Rest it will be sent to your registered email id. Are there group bookings available? In the event that the show is cancelled, we will reschedule another date and time equivalent to the size of the event. How do I get refund if I can’t make it? Tickets once purchased cannot be refunded. There will be no exceptions made.
