10 KM FUN RUN

Registration: Registration is confirmed only upon successful completion of the registration process and payment of the applicable registration fee.

Age & Eligibility: Participants must meet the age eligibility criteria specified by the organisers. Participants under 18 years of age must have consent from a parent or legal guardian.

Fitness & Health: Participants must ensure that they are physically fit and medically capable of completing the 10 KM run. Anyone with a medical condition that may affect their participation should consult a medical professional before registering.

Voluntary Participation: Participation is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk. The organisers shall not be held responsible for injuries, accidents, illness, or other unforeseen incidents, except to the extent of liability imposed by applicable law.

No Refund Policy: Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required by applicable law or expressly approved by the organisers.

Event Schedule: Participants must report at the designated venue at the specified reporting time. Late arrivals may be denied participation at the discretion of the organisers.

Bib Number: Participants must wear their assigned bib number visibly throughout the run. Bib numbers are non-transferable. Any unauthorised transfer may result in disqualification.

Rules & Conduct: Participants must follow the instructions of the organisers, race officials, volunteers, and security personnel. Any misconduct, unsafe behaviour, or violation of event rules may result in disqualification.

Route & Safety: Participants must follow the designated route and obey all traffic regulations and safety instructions. Leaving the designated route or engaging in conduct that endangers others may lead to disqualification.

Medical Assistance: Medical support will be arranged to the extent specified by the organisers. Participants must immediately inform event officials if they feel unwell or require assistance.

Personal Belongings: Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. The organisers will not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

Photography & Media: By participating, participants consent to the use of event photographs, videos, and recordings featuring them for promotional, publicity, and documentation purposes, subject to applicable law. Participants who have concerns may contact the organisers before the event.

Event Changes or Cancellation: The organisers reserve the right to modify the route, schedule, event arrangements, postpone, or cancel the event due to weather conditions, safety concerns, government directives, or other circumstances beyond their reasonable control. Refunds, if any, will be handled in accordance with the announced event policy and applicable law.

Disqualification: The organisers reserve the right to disqualify any participant found violating the rules, providing false registration details, using another participant’s bib, or engaging in unsportsmanlike conduct.

Acceptance of Terms: By registering for Whayum Run 2026, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
The organisers’ decisions regarding event operations and participant safety shall be final, subject to applicable law.
